Psychotherapy

Therapy is more than just "talk". It's about learning new ways to improve our relationship to ourselves, other people, and the world around us. Our therapists work hard to create an environment of safety and trust so that you can work through difficulties of the past or present while learning the tools you'll need to succeed in the future.

Harmony's therapists are trained in a variety of approaches including CBT, DBT, EMDR, and mindfulness-based interventions. We work together as a cohesive team to treat a wide variety of mental health challenges including depression, anxiety, trauma, psychosis, addiction, and more. Our providers will collaborate with you to create a treatment approach that best fits your needs.
